Jacqueline "Jacque" Hoffman-Hernandez, 71, of Julesburg, CO, passed away on November 8, 2024. Cremation was chosen, Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 A.M., at the Harvest Baptist Church in Ovid, CO on Saturday, November 16, 2024, with Pastor Mark Baker officiating. Jacque was born June 28, 1953, in Evansville, IN, to Wilma Jean, and Jack Davis. Jacque's father was killed tragically in a car accident the day she was born. Her mother Jean married David Hoffman, Sr. in 1954, and he adopted her as his daughter. She attended and graduated from Northwest High School (Clarksville,TN) in 1972. She began work with Premier Medical, scheduling appointments for Physicians and faithfully worked there for many years. Jacque moved to Sedgwick, CO, to live with her mother. Jacque loved to read books and do puzzles, as well as being a self-proclaimed trivia buff. During her later years, she worked at Subway and fully loved her time doing so, striking up close relationships with the local kids. She was always devoted to her Lord and Savior, as she was a committed and faithful member of the Harvest Baptist Church in Ovid.

She was preceded in death by her Mother Jean Hoffman, Father Jack Davis, and adoptive father David Hoffman.

Jacque is survived by her brother David (Claudia) Hoffman, Jr, of Clarksville, TN, Sister Dawn Ann (Ole) Johnson, of Sedgwick, CO, as well as her very special cat, Jasper.
