Frederic Jerome Gonzales, 64 passed June 13, 2019 in Fort Morgan, CO. He was born May 7, 1955 in Odessa, TX to Pauline (Infante) Gonzales and Refugio Riojas Gonzales.
He grew up in Ovid, CO. While growing up, Fred found his love of sports, fishing and motorcycles (and he was a pretty good cook!). He graduated from Revere High School in 1974.
He moved to Fort Morgan, where he worked in the meat packing industry for the next 30 plus years. He enjoyed going to Sturgis and he has the t-shirts to prove it! Fred was always consistent, he would always be there when you needed him and you always knew where to find him. He was always willing to lend a hand whether fixing a car or home projects. He was very handy with a wrench, hammer or arc welder. He was a jack of all trades as they say.
He was preceded in death by his parents Refugio and Pauline Gonzales.
He is survived by his sisters, Sylvia (Harry) Coplin, Belinda Gonzales and Dorie (Rich) Broick; his brothers, Junior Gonzales, David Infante and Robert (Michelle) Gonzales; Nieces and Nephews, Johnnie Reeves, John Gonzales, Paulina Gonzales, Kylie Broick and Kasey Broick.
A memorial has been established in his memory for later designation. Condolences can be shared at prairiehillsjulesburg.com.
