ELIZABETH ANN LEI, 78 of Sedgwick, CO, passed away Thursday, July 5, 2018 at her home in Sedgwick.
Services will be Tuesday, July 10th, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. the Zion Lutheran Church in Chappell with Rev. Neil Carlson officiating. Burial will be in the Sedgwick Cemetery.
A memorial has been established in her memory for later designation. Condolences can be shared at prairiehillsjulesburg.com.
